Returns and Changes

Customer satisfaction is the most important thing for our online store and for this reason the customer of the store reserves the right to return and replace a product with another size or another product without any charge of his own as long as this is done within 14 (fourteen ) days from the date of receipt and provided that the return is made with the cooperating courier company (Speedex Courier). In a period of discounts the cost of the change is borne by the customer.

Also a necessary condition is the product to be returned in its original condition, not to have been used and to be accompanied by the retail receipt or the invoice as well as the price tag.

In more detail, after informing us about the change you wish, you will properly package the product and deliver it to Speedex Courier requesting that it be returned to our address (28th of October 130, Xanthi, 67100, Tel. 2541073935), at our expense (except discount period). Once we receive your return and without you registering a new order we will send you your new option which you will receive by paying any price difference plus (+) euros.

Any bank charges-reservations that arise are borne exclusively by the customer, in respect of the bank itself.

ATTENTION! The products must be delivered in the same condition as received by the customer, with their packaging, as well as the other documents (retail receipt, cards) with which they were accompanied upon receipt.

For any product that has been damaged, or has not been returned in the same condition in which you received it or that has been damaged / used other than damage due to the simple opening of the package, no change will be made.

Return of defective products: In case you consider that the product is damaged or defective, you can contact us by phone at 25410-73935 or by e-mail stating the details of the product and its defect. There is a case to ask for a photo of the product to find out its defect. Please return the product to our address. We will fully review the product you returned and will notify you by email of the replacement. Nothing in these Terms encroaches on your rights as consumers by law.
